SalesRobot Overview (2026): Features, Pricing & Limits

SalesRobot Overview

What a plan costs per LinkedIn account, the daily quotas each plan allows, and what its API and MCP server can send for you.

Updated November 2026 · 11 min read

SalesRobot is a cloud app that runs LinkedIn and email outreach from the LinkedIn accounts you connect to it. It sends connection requests, messages, InMails and voice and video messages on a schedule you set, inside daily quotas that depend on the plan, 20 a day per action on Basic and up to 75 on the higher plans. Plans are priced per LinkedIn account, from $39 a month billed yearly. A REST API can send a connection request or a message directly, and a hosted MCP server puts the same tools in an AI assistant.

How this page was madeEvery figure and quotation below was read off SalesRobot’s own site, help centre, API documentation and npm package on 3 November 2026, and each page is linked in Sources. The page covers the LinkedIn plans and the API and MCP server around them. It describes the product and does not rank it. Where SalesRobot’s own pages disagree, every published reading is printed.

What SalesRobot is

SalesRobot calls itself a “two-in-one LinkedIn and cold email automation tool”, and its help centre “a cloud-based platform that automates LinkedIn and email outreach for businesses and sales teams”. It says it has “4100+ users and 28 employees”. The same team has since launched Kuron, “Your AI GTM Team”, which its site describes as “from the makers of SalesRobot”.

The automation runs on SalesRobot’s servers: it “runs entirely in the cloud with dedicated IPs for each LinkedIn account”, and its pricing table calls it “Cloud-based performance (no browser needed)”. Each plan covers one LinkedIn account of your own. You connect it with your LinkedIn username and password, after which “you’ll probably be asked to solve a captcha and enter a 6 digit PIN”, or with the browser cookies li_at, plus li_a for Sales Navigator or Recruiter, “without entering your LinkedIn password”. A built-in proxy is the default and can be swapped for your own.

SalesRobot’s footer carries its own disclaimer: “Using SalesRobot may not comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and you understand that you are using SalesRobot at your own discretion and risk.”

How a campaign runs

A campaign sends a sequence of LinkedIn actions to a list of prospects imported from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, a URL list or a CSV. Beyond invitations and messages, SalesRobot sends InMails to open profiles, likes, follows, endorsements, voice and video messages, and messages to members of a shared group or event. “Messaging stops once the lead replies”, and the replies land in a personal inbox on the Advanced plan and above.

  • Schedule. You pick a time zone, start and end times and “up to six days of the week, while it is ideal to set it for five days”, plus skip days and a vacation calendar.
  • Safe Mode. “With the Safe mode feature enabled, SalesRobot ensures you always stay within the recommended LinkedIn limits.” The numbers behind it are not published.
  • Email. Cold email sequences are an add-on at $15 a month per email account.

What SalesRobot does when LinkedIn refuses an action or restricts an account is not described on the pages read.

SalesRobot pricing

Every plan is priced per LinkedIn account a month, and each card covers one account. Prices are in US dollars, and the pricing page carries no date stamp.

Plan Billed yearly Billed monthly What it adds
Basic $39 $59 “1 active campaign”, “Limited daily quotas”, dashboard and reports
Advanced $59 $79 “Unlimited active campaigns”, “Full daily quotas”, A/B testing, personal inbox, webhooks and Zapier, CSV export
Professional $79 $99 Adds “Team management” and “Activity control”
Enterprise From SalesRobot’s sales team On request Onboarding, dedicated support, a customer success manager

Yearly billing is “up to 35% off”. “Agencies managing 10+ accounts receive a 33% discount, and 20+ accounts get up to 45% off”, and a flat-rate plan with unlimited accounts exists without a published price. The 14-day trial needs no card, and SalesRobot answers “Yes, of course” to whether every feature is in it. There is no free plan.

The limits SalesRobot publishes

SalesRobot publishes its daily quotas as a plan feature, with Basic on one side and Advanced and Professional on the other. The account owner sets each limit inside the plan’s quota, and the API exposes the same settings.

Action, per day Basic Advanced and Professional
Connection requests 20 75
Messages 20 75
Profile views 20 75
InMails to open profiles 20 50
Likes, follows, endorsements, voice and video messages 20 each 50 each
Event invites 150 150

The FAQ on the same page gives a different InMail number: “you can send up to 40 InMails a day to open profiles without using any InMail credits”, against 50 in the table. Elsewhere SalesRobot says that “all limits are configured automatically”. It publishes no warm-up ramp, though its API has an automatic warm-up setting that accepts incoming invitations and connects with suggested profiles. LinkedIn’s own published numbers are compiled on LinkedIn automation statistics.

The SalesRobot API

SalesRobot publishes a REST API, version 2.0.0, authenticated with an API key in an X-API-KEY header, taken from Settings, Admin Settings, API Key. Its documentation index lists 76 reference pages: 49 in the main API and 27 in a fuller set that adds AI video features and the account connection flow. Rate limits are not published.

  • LinkedIn sends. “Send Connection Request” and “Send Message to a Prospect” go out directly, and campaigns can be created, started and fed with prospects.
  • LinkedIn data. Profile data, posts, post data and the inbox can be read, and jobs can be posted and their applicants read.
  • Settings. The quota setting takes a daily number per action type, with schedule, blacklist and pending-invitation settings beside it.
  • Connecting accounts. A hosted sign-in link, or a native flow that takes credentials, solves checkpoints and can store a TOTP secret to reconnect on its own. One endpoint in that flow is titled “Long-poll Unipile account status for IN_APP_VALIDATION”.

Webhooks fire on events such as a new connection, a reply or a sent message, and inbound webhook URLs can add, pause or update prospects. Both sit on the Advanced plan and above, and Zapier, Make and n8n connect through them.

The SalesRobot MCP server

SalesRobot runs a hosted MCP server: “Every supported AI tool uses the same custom MCP URL: https://mcp.salesrobot.co”, with nothing to install. Claude signs in through an OAuth window where you paste your SalesRobot API key, and other clients send the key as a Bearer token. A local version ships as the npm package salesrobot-cli, described as an “MCP server for the SalesRobot API” for “LinkedIn automation from AI agents”.

  • Tools. The README says “All 55 tools are available instantly”, in groups for accounts, campaigns, prospects, the inbox, settings, AI features, jobs and raw LinkedIn calls. Its tables list 56 tool names.
  • Sends. The tools can send a LinkedIn message, send a connection request, post a job and start a campaign.
  • Confirmation. Neither the README nor the help article describes a preview or a confirmation step before a send.

SalesRobot also markets the same server under separate pages for Grok and for OpenAI’s Dots, each pointing at mcp.salesrobot.co.

The shape of job it fits

SalesRobot fits a team or an agency that wants LinkedIn campaigns run from the cloud at a price per account, with email as an add-on, a shared view of replies and native CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and GoHighLevel. Agencies with ten or more accounts get the volume discount. The API and the MCP server make it scriptable, including the sends themselves, so an agent or a product can send invitations and messages through SalesRobot.

The edges are where the published detail stops. API rate limits, the warm-up ramp, Safe Mode’s limits and what happens after a LinkedIn refusal are not published. Accounts connect with a password or session cookies. Basic is capped at 20 actions a day each and one active campaign. And the MCP server sends without a confirmation step.

SalesRobot alternatives

GTM API is our own product, so it is listed first. The others are described from their own pages, in alphabetical order. They split by job: campaign apps priced per LinkedIn account, suites that put LinkedIn next to email, and APIs for building LinkedIn into your own product or agent.

Tool How it runs Price unit and entry API MCP server
gtm-api.com, ours, listed first A cloud browser and proxy per connected account, driven over REST or MCP Per connected account: free plan with one account and no card, then from $10/account Typed REST, sends included, limits checked on the server before each call Hosted, 250+ typed tools, sends return a preview to confirm
Aimfox Cloud app running campaigns from the profiles you connect Per profile: $49 a month for a seat REST v3, 60 requests a minute Hosted
HeyReach Cloud app that rotates one campaign across many connected senders Per sender: $79 a month on Growth, teammates free API and webhooks on every plan Hosted, per-workspace URL
Reply.io A sequencer for email, LinkedIn, calls and messaging Per user: LinkedIn included from $89 a month billed yearly on Multichannel REST v3 with LinkedIn sends Hosted, no LinkedIn sends
Snov.io LinkedIn automation from Snov.io’s cloud, sold as a slot next to an email suite Per LinkedIn slot: $69 a month REST, no LinkedIn sends Hosted, sends invitations and messages

Read the table by job. For campaigns across several LinkedIn accounts from one workspace, Aimfox, HeyReach and SalesRobot are priced per account. Where LinkedIn is one channel next to email, Reply.io and Snov.io put both in one sequence. Where LinkedIn has to run inside your own product or behind an agent, with each send checked against the account’s limits before it goes out, GTM API is built for that. Each campaign tool is read against the same eight safety controls on the safest LinkedIn automation tools.
