Snov.io Overview (2026): Features, Pricing & Limits

Snov.io Overview

What a LinkedIn slot costs on top of the Sales Suite, the daily limits you set per action, and how much of LinkedIn its API and MCP server can reach.

Updated November 2026 · 14 min read

Snov.io is a sales suite that runs email and LinkedIn campaigns from its own servers. Its LinkedIn Automation connects your own LinkedIn account to a slot, $69 a month per slot, and sends invitations, messages, InMails, likes and endorsements on a schedule you set, inside daily limits you set per action. The REST API covers campaigns, prospects and webhooks but sends nothing on LinkedIn, while the hosted MCP server can send invitations and messages from an AI assistant’s chat.

How this page was madeEvery figure and quotation below was read off Snov.io’s own site, help centre, release notes and API documentation on 3 November 2026, and each page is linked in Sources. The page covers LinkedIn Automation and the API and MCP server around it. Snov.io’s email finding and verification products are mentioned only where they change what LinkedIn costs. It describes the product and does not rank it. Where Snov.io’s own pages disagree, every published reading is printed.

What Snov.io is

Snov.io started as an email tool and now sells three products from one account: the Sales Suite for finding leads and running email campaigns, LinkedIn Automation, and phone and data enrichment. Its homepage sums it up as a way to “run email and LinkedIn campaigns on autopilot”. Since 27 April 2026, LinkedIn Automation “works as an independent solution, available to purchase with or without a plan”, so a team can buy LinkedIn slots without the email side.

The LinkedIn side runs on Snov.io’s servers. “Campaigns run in the cloud, so your outreach keeps moving while you focus on other things, even when your browser is closed.” Each slot holds one LinkedIn account of your own, free or paid: “Each LinkedIn slot lets you connect one LinkedIn account to Snov.io.” You connect it with the LinkedIn email and password, and Snov.io “asks for the confirmation code from your email or authenticator app when you connect the account, and may ask for it again while automation runs.”

Every connected account runs through a proxy. “Snov.io will assign a location-specific proxy based on your selection”, or you can enter your own proxy’s host, port and credentials. The profile in a slot can be swapped “up to 3 times a month”. A separate Chrome extension, LI Prospect Finder, collects leads from LinkedIn pages and plays no part in running the automation.

How a LinkedIn campaign runs

A campaign is a sequence of steps and delays built in the web app. “Snov.io automates 7 LinkedIn actions: View profile, Like posts, Follow, Send connection request, Message, InMail and Endorse skills. It also has one LinkedIn condition, Check if connected on LinkedIn.” A delay step defaults to one day, and actions run only inside the schedule you set for the account, in that account’s time zone.

  • Rotation. “You can select up to 5 accounts for one campaign”, and “limits belong to the account, not the campaign”, so a campaign spreads its daily work across the slots it uses.
  • Multichannel. LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence, dynamic content and spintax, and account rotation are unlocked “when combined with a paid plan” of the Sales Suite.
  • Replies. LinkedIn chats sync into Unibox, Snov.io’s shared inbox, since January 2026, and messages and InMails can carry “up to 5 files per message, with a 5 MB maximum size” since September 2026.

Snov.io has no cap on the number of slots in one account: “There are no limitations on the number of slots in your Snov.io account.”

Snov.io pricing

LinkedIn and email are billed on different meters. A LinkedIn slot is a flat monthly price per connected account, while the Sales Suite is a monthly plan metered by credits and recipients, with “unlimited team seats” on every tier. Prices are in US dollars and the pricing page carries no date stamp.

LinkedIn Automation Price per slot How it is bought
Monthly $69 a month Self-serve, billed every 30 days, new slots prorated
Yearly $62 a month Through Snov.io’s sales team
With any paid Sales Suite plan $59 a month “Slots are available at the discounted price of $59/slot per month”
Trial Free for 7 days, one slot “The trial is available once per Snov.io account”, and it starts a monthly subscription
Sales Suite plan Monthly Paid yearly, per month Recipients a month
Trial Free, renews monthly Not offered 100
Starter $39 $29.25 5,000
Pro S $99 $74.25 25,000
Pro M $189 $141.75 50,000
Pro L $369 $276.75 100,000
Ultra $738 $553.50 200,000
Custom Ultra From Snov.io’s sales team On request From 400,000

The recipient quota matters on the LinkedIn side too. “You are charged for 1 recipient when you first contact a lead via email or LinkedIn. All follow-ups to that recipient during the same billing period are free.” A three-month billing option takes 5% off the Sales Suite and yearly billing 25%. The free Trial plan “doesn’t end, but renews every month” with 50 credits and 100 recipients, and it excludes “API & webhooks access”.

The limits Snov.io sets

Snov.io sets a limit per account and per action type, and the account owner can change it. Its help centre presents the numbers as its own guidance: “These are recommendations, not LinkedIn’s official limits.”

Setting What Snov.io publishes
Default per action “By default, the limit for every LinkedIn action in Snovio is set to 20” a day
Ceiling “The maximum limit for LinkedIn automation is 50 actions per day in each category”
Accounts without an SSI score “Keep the default limit of 20 per action. Don’t go above 30 per action per day.”
Guidance by SSI score From 10 a day at an SSI of 10 to 20, up to 40 a day at 51 to 60
Randomized counts Optional: “Set a minimum and maximum limit for each action type. Snov.io will randomize the number of actions within that range.” Fixed limits are the default
Warm-up Connection requests only: start at 5 a day, add “up to 3 per day” every 2 days, toward a goal of 20 to 30 a day
When a limit is reached “Once an action reaches its limit, automation pauses until the next day.”
Pending invitations At close to 300, stop new requests and withdraw those older than 14 days. Snov.io can withdraw them automatically at a threshold you set

Two counting rules surprise people: “The Likes limit counts prospects, not posts”, and “The Endorsements limit counts skills, not prospects”. The SSI guidance has a catch of its own, which Snov.io states: “LinkedIn now offers the SSI metric only with Sales Navigator”, so on a free or Premium account Snov.io shows the last known score and cannot update it. After a LinkedIn warning, the help centre’s advice is to pause all outreach for two to three days and come back at 10 to 20 actions a day for a week. That pause is a step for the account owner. No automatic pause on a warning is described.

LinkedIn’s own published numbers, as opposed to a vendor’s guidance, are compiled on LinkedIn automation statistics.

The Snov.io API

Snov.io publishes a REST API with OAuth2 client credentials: a client ID and secret from the account settings buy an access token that expires after an hour. “The API rate is limited to 60 requests per minute.” It is not part of the free Trial, where “you can request test access by booking a personal demo”.

The documentation lists 61 operations, counted from its menu on 3 November 2026. Most cover email: finding and verifying addresses, email accounts and warm-up, and multichannel campaigns with their recipients and analytics. Prospect lists, a small CRM section, the user account and webhooks make up the rest.

  • One LinkedIn endpoint. “Get LinkedIn profile info from URLs” reads profile data for up to 10 LinkedIn URLs at a time, at 1 credit per profile.
  • No LinkedIn sends. No endpoint sends an invitation or a message, connects a LinkedIn account, sets its limits or reads its chats. Those stay in the web app and the MCP server.
  • LinkedIn webhooks. A first LinkedIn reply, “to a connection request, to a direct message or to an InMail”, and an accepted connection request each fire a webhook. Premium plans can create up to 50 webhooks, and failed deliveries are retried seven times over up to 38 hours.

An n8n community node, n8n-nodes-snovio, wraps the same API for self-hosted n8n.

The Snov.io MCP server

Snov.io runs a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.snov.io/mcp, launched on 9 July 2026, for “Claude, ChatGPT, and others”. It signs in with OAuth, so no API key is pasted into the assistant. Unlike the API, it reaches LinkedIn: from the chat an assistant can “send connection requests, messages, and InMails, endorse skills, and engage with posts”, check invitation statuses, withdraw pending requests and sync chats.

  • Tool count. The launch note said “Use 139 tools via chat”. Snov.io’s own MCP cheat sheet lists 119 actions in nine groups, 45 that only read and 74 that change something, with 23 in the LinkedIn Automation group.
  • Confirmation. Snov.io leaves confirmation to the assistant: “Your AI tool should ask you to confirm before it runs these actions.” No server-side preview or confirm step is described.
  • Connecting an account. A LinkedIn account can be connected from the chat, and the cheat sheet says what that takes: “This requires typing your LinkedIn login and password in the chat. Prefer not to? Connect the account in the Snov.io web app instead.”
  • Plans. The MCP page says it “is available across all plans, including the free Trial”. The setup guide asks for “any Sales Suite or LinkedIn Automation plan”. MCP actions spend the same credits, recipients and LinkedIn slots as the app.

Campaigns and Unibox were added to the server on 17 September 2026 and enrichment on 2 November 2026.

The shape of job it fits

Snov.io fits a team whose outreach starts with email and adds LinkedIn as a second channel, or a team that wants LinkedIn campaigns run from the cloud with a flat price per account. Rotation across up to five accounts in a campaign, a shared inbox and unlimited seats point at small teams and agencies. For an AI assistant, the MCP server is the way in to LinkedIn: it can send invitations and messages, which the REST API cannot.

The edges follow from the same design. A product or script built on the REST API can read LinkedIn profiles and receive LinkedIn replies but cannot send on LinkedIn. Accounts connect with a password and a 2FA code, through the app or, if you choose, typed into a chat. Limits are set per account by the owner, and the recovery after a warning is manual.

Snov.io alternatives

GTM API is our own product, so it is listed first. The others are described from their own pages, in alphabetical order. They split by job: campaign apps priced per LinkedIn account, suites that put LinkedIn next to email, and APIs for building LinkedIn into your own product or agent.

Tool How it runs Price unit and entry API MCP server
gtm-api.com, ours, listed first A cloud browser and proxy per connected account, driven over REST or MCP Per connected account: free plan with one account and no card, then from $10/account Typed REST, sends included, limits checked on the server before each call Hosted, 250+ typed tools, sends return a preview to confirm
Aimfox Cloud app running campaigns from the profiles you connect Per profile: $49 a month for a seat REST v3, 60 requests a minute Hosted
HeyReach Cloud app that rotates one campaign across many connected senders Per sender: $79 a month on Growth, teammates free API and webhooks on every plan Hosted, per-workspace URL
Reply.io A sequencer for email, LinkedIn, calls and messaging Per user: LinkedIn included from $89 a month billed yearly on Multichannel REST v3 with LinkedIn sends Hosted, no LinkedIn sends
SalesRobot Cloud app with a dedicated IP per LinkedIn account Per LinkedIn account: $59 a month on Basic REST, including connection requests Hosted

Read the table by job. Where email leads and LinkedIn rides along, Snov.io and Reply.io both put the two in one sequence, and Reply.io’s API can send on LinkedIn. For campaigns across many LinkedIn accounts from one workspace, Aimfox, HeyReach and SalesRobot are priced per account. Where LinkedIn has to run inside your own product or behind an agent, with a send as one API call, GTM API is built for that. Each campaign tool on the list is read against the same eight safety controls on the safest LinkedIn automation tools.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Snov.io LinkedIn automation cost?

$69 a month per LinkedIn slot, one connected account per slot. Yearly billing through Snov.io’s sales team brings it to $62 a month, and a slot costs $59 a month for accounts with any paid Sales Suite plan. A 7-day trial with one slot is available once per account.

Does Snov.io have a free plan?

Yes, for the Sales Suite: the Trial plan renews every month with 50 credits and 100 recipients, and it excludes API and webhook access. LinkedIn Automation has no free plan, only a 7-day trial with one slot.

What are Snov.io’s LinkedIn limits?

Snov.io sets 20 actions a day per action type by default and calls 50 a day per type the maximum. For accounts without an SSI score it advises staying at 20 and never going above 30. The account owner sets the limits, can randomize them within a range, and can turn on a warm-up for connection requests.

Can the Snov.io API send LinkedIn messages?

No. The REST API’s only LinkedIn endpoint reads profile data from up to 10 LinkedIn URLs, and webhooks report LinkedIn replies and accepted connection requests. Sending invitations and messages is done in the web app or through the MCP server.

Does Snov.io have an MCP server?

Yes, hosted at mcp.snov.io/mcp with OAuth sign-in. It can send connection requests, messages and InMails from an AI assistant’s chat. Snov.io’s launch note counted 139 tools and its cheat sheet lists 119 actions, and confirming a send is left to the assistant.

What are the alternatives to Snov.io for LinkedIn?

Aimfox, HeyReach and SalesRobot price LinkedIn campaigns per account, and Reply.io puts LinkedIn next to email with an API that can send on LinkedIn. GTM API, our own product, is an API and MCP server for building LinkedIn into your own product or agent, from $10/account with a free plan.
