Breakcold Overview (2026): Features, Pricing & Limits

Breakcold Overview

What Breakcold’s CRM does with LinkedIn, what each plan costs, the limits it publishes, and what its API and MCP server can send.

Updated November 2026 · 11 min read

Breakcold is a CRM with one inbox for LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and Telegram, and by its own account it is not a LinkedIn automation tool. It syncs your LinkedIn messages, InMails and connection requests onto the right contact, lets you reply from the CRM and shows your prospects’ posts in a feed, but it runs no campaigns. Plans start at $99 a month for one seat and two connected accounts. Its API and hosted MCP server can send a LinkedIn message, and the MCP server prepares every message as a draft until you confirm it.

How this page was madeEvery figure and quotation below was read off Breakcold’s own site, pricing page and developer documentation on 3 November 2026, and each page is linked in Sources. Breakcold’s help centre was offline that day, so its two quotes are from a reading on 14 October 2026 and are dated as such. It describes the product and does not rank it. Where Breakcold’s own pages disagree, every published reading is printed.

What Breakcold is

“Breakcold is the AI Native CRM for modern salespeople and AI agents”, its homepage says. It holds contacts, companies and pipelines, and puts every conversation with them in one inbox: “We are the only sales CRM that natively integrates email, calls, meetings, LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp.” An assistant it calls Chief of Staff reads the conversations, keeps deals current and drafts replies, and “You approve what goes out.”

Breakcold is clear about what it is not. Its help centre, read on 14 October 2026, answers the question directly: “No, Breakcold is not a LinkedIn automation software.” It calls itself “an AI Native Sales CRM that happens to have social selling capabilities with channels like LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp”, and gives its reason: “We don’t like to build features that can get people banned and want to stay focus on being the best sales CRM for digital SMBs.”

Breakcold is a hosted web app, run by Logike SAS, with “US + EU regions”. It does not publish how the LinkedIn session itself is held. Its LinkedIn page says only that it “connects to LinkedIn through a stable integration designed to keep your account safe, not through a scraper”, and its help centre listed an article titled “Why Do I need to give my LinkedIn Credentials?”.

What it does with LinkedIn

Breakcold’s LinkedIn features sit around the inbox and the contact record.

  • Sync. “LinkedIn DMs, InMails, connection requests and Sales Navigator threads all sync on their own and land on the right record.”
  • Reply. “Reply from Breakcold, the prospect sees the message in LinkedIn.” Messages go out from your own connected account.
  • Feed. “A curated feed of your prospects’ posts in the CRM, so you can like, comment and DM without leaving the deal record.”
  • Replies from other tools. Positive replies from campaign tools such as HeyReach, La Growth Machine and Salesforge can be pushed into Breakcold, so the CRM holds the conversation after another tool starts it.

Breakcold has no sequences, no scheduled invitations and no campaign that sends on its own. A Chrome extension exists for working in the browser, while the inbox sync needs “No Chrome extension to click”.

Breakcold pricing

“Every plan has the full CRM and Chief of Staff. Plans differ only by how much AI work is included.” Prices are in US dollars, and the pricing page carries no date stamp.

Plan Monthly Quarterly, per month Yearly, per month Seats Workspaces Connected accounts
Breakcold X1 $99 $89 $79 1 1 2
Breakcold X5 $199 $179 $159 5 2 5
Breakcold X20 $499 $449 $399 20 5 10

A connected account is any channel, LinkedIn or otherwise, and an extra seat or connected account costs $10 a month each. AI work comes as “one allowance, refilled every week”, five and twenty times larger on X5 and X20, and “the CRM, your inbox and contact data never count” against it. A week’s allowance can be reset for $50. Every plan includes unlimited enrichment and contacts, and “Claude, ChatGPT and MCP access”. The 14-day trial needs a card, and there is no free plan. Breakcold’s LinkedIn page still describes an older single plan at $99 a month, and the current pricing page shows the three tiers above.

The limits Breakcold publishes

Breakcold publishes no limits on LinkedIn actions, no daily or weekly caps, warm-up or sending hours, which follows from it sending only the messages you or your assistant write. What it does publish are limits on its own platform.

Limit What Breakcold publishes
API, per organization 600 requests a minute
API, per workspace 300 requests a minute
API, per user, app, agent or API key 180 requests a minute
API, per route 120 requests a minute for the same route in the same organization
AI work A weekly allowance per plan. “Background work stops at half, so you can always ask.”
Send failures An unreachable recipient, a rate limit, a disconnected account and a provider timeout each return their own error code, since 28 October 2026

Requests over a usage window return an HTTP 402 with the code usage_limit. LinkedIn’s own published limits for the account itself are compiled on LinkedIn automation statistics.

The Breakcold API

“The Breakcold Public API is available under /api/v1”, at rest.breakcold.com, “for records, tasks, notes, and basic inbox workflows”. It takes a Bearer key, and each key carries its own scopes, workspace limit and expiry. Its OpenAPI file lists 68 operations on 43 paths, in groups for the CRM, the inbox, records, tasks, notes, meetings, webhooks and workspaces.

  • LinkedIn sends. LinkedIn is one channel value among email, WhatsApp and Telegram. One route will “send a new email, LinkedIn, Telegram, or WhatsApp message immediately”, another replies in an existing thread, and others list the accounts you can send from, the conversations and the drafts.
  • No campaign endpoints. No route sends a connection request, visits a profile, likes a post or runs a search.
  • Webhooks. Signed outbound webhooks fire on CRM changes “such as records, notes, tasks, relations, calls, or files”. No event fires on a new LinkedIn reply.
  • Billing. The rate-limit page still prices calls in tokens, while the 28 October 2026 changelog says “Public API requests now record usage fees against plan usage rather than deducting token balances.”

The Breakcold MCP server

Breakcold runs a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.breakcold.com/mcp/v1, over streamable HTTP, with “tools generated from the same public API contract as OpenAPI”. It supports “OAuth sign-in and bearer-token access”, and names clients from Claude, ChatGPT and Codex to Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  • Tools. The documentation’s table lists 70 tools: one for each API operation plus two for discovery. Breakcold’s marketing pages give other numbers, from “50 plus” to 62.
  • Drafts first. The two send tools “prepare a new email, LinkedIn, Telegram, or WhatsApp message as a non-sending draft preview by default”, and the message goes out only when the send mode is set “after the user explicitly confirms immediate delivery”. The REST route sends at once, so the draft step belongs to the MCP tool.
  • Limits. The same buckets as the API, with an agent identity at 180 requests a minute.

An Agent Skill file, published under the MIT licence, gives an assistant six ready-made CRM workflows on top of the server.

The shape of job it fits

Breakcold fits a founder or a small sales team that sells through conversations on LinkedIn, email and messaging apps and wants them in one CRM, with an assistant that keeps deals current and drafts replies for approval. Teams that run campaigns in another tool can push the replies into Breakcold and handle the conversation there. Its MCP server is one of the few in this category that drafts a LinkedIn message by default and sends only on an explicit confirmation.

The edges are the ones Breakcold chose. It does not send invitations, schedule follow-ups or run sequences, so prospecting at volume happens elsewhere. It does not publish how the LinkedIn connection is held or any LinkedIn limits. And the price is per workspace plan, with LinkedIn counting as one of the plan’s connected accounts.

Breakcold alternatives

GTM API is our own product, so it is listed first. The others are described from their own pages, in alphabetical order. Most tools near Breakcold do what it chose not to do, run LinkedIn campaigns, so the table reads by how each one handles sending and replies.

Tool How it runs Price unit and entry API MCP server
gtm-api.com, ours, listed first A cloud browser and proxy per connected account, driven over REST or MCP Per connected account: free plan with one account and no card, then from $10/account Typed REST, invitations and messages, limits checked on the server before each call Hosted, 250+ typed tools, sends return a preview to confirm
HeyReach Cloud app that rotates campaigns across connected senders, with one shared inbox Per sender: $79 a month on Growth, teammates free API and webhooks on every plan Hosted, per-workspace URL
Reply.io A sequencer for email, LinkedIn, calls and messaging, with a shared inbox Per user: LinkedIn included from $89 a month billed yearly on Multichannel REST v3 with LinkedIn sends Hosted, no LinkedIn sends
SalesRobot Cloud app with a dedicated IP per LinkedIn account Per LinkedIn account: $39 a month billed yearly on Basic REST, including connection requests and messages Hosted, sends included
Snov.io LinkedIn automation from Snov.io’s cloud, sold as a slot next to an email suite Per LinkedIn slot: $69 a month REST, no LinkedIn sends Hosted, sends invitations and messages

Read the table by job. If the conversation is the work and campaigns run elsewhere, Breakcold is the CRM for it. If LinkedIn campaigns have to run too, HeyReach and SalesRobot do that per account, and Reply.io and Snov.io put LinkedIn next to email. Where LinkedIn has to run inside your own product or behind an agent, with invitations and messages as API calls, GTM API is built for that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Breakcold a LinkedIn automation tool?

No, by its own help centre: “No, Breakcold is not a LinkedIn automation software.” It is a CRM whose inbox syncs LinkedIn messages, InMails and connection requests onto contacts and lets you reply from the CRM. It runs no campaigns or scheduled invitations.

How much does Breakcold cost?

Breakcold X1 is $99 a month for one seat and two connected accounts, X5 is $199 for five seats and five accounts, and X20 is $499 for twenty seats and ten accounts. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly 20%, and an extra seat or account is $10 a month. The 14-day trial needs a card.

Is there a Breakcold lifetime deal?

None appears on Breakcold’s own site or pricing page, searched on 3 November 2026. Its published plans are monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions.

Does the Breakcold API send LinkedIn messages?

Yes. The API sends a new LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or Telegram message immediately or replies in an existing thread, from an account connected to the workspace. It has no routes for connection requests, profile visits or campaigns, and it allows up to 180 requests a minute per key.

Does Breakcold have an MCP server?

Yes, hosted at mcp.breakcold.com/mcp/v1 with OAuth or a Bearer key, and 70 tools in its documentation. Its send tools prepare a LinkedIn message as a draft by default and send it only after the user confirms.

What are the alternatives to Breakcold?

For LinkedIn campaigns with a shared inbox, HeyReach and SalesRobot are priced per account, and Reply.io and Snov.io put LinkedIn next to email. GTM API, our own product, is an API and MCP server for sending LinkedIn invitations and messages from your own product or agent, from $10/account with a free plan.
