Evaboot Overview (2026): Features, Pricing & Limits

Evaboot Overview

Sales Navigator shows you up to 2,500 leads per search and gives you no file to take away. Evaboot builds that file on your own seat and bills you by the lead.

Updated October 2026 · 18 min read

Evaboot is a Chrome extension and web app that exports your own LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches and lists to a spreadsheet, cleans the names, re-checks every lead against your filters and looks up a verified work email for each one. You pay in credits, from $9 a month for 100 of them, and one credit covers one exported lead with its email lookup included.

How this page was madeEvery current figure and quotation about Evaboot below was read off its own site, help center and documentation on 15 October 2026 and re-checked on 27 October, and each page is linked in Sources. This page describes the product and does not rank it. Where Evaboot’s own pages disagree, each reading is printed. GTM API is our product, and it is listed first among the alternatives.

What Evaboot is

Evaboot calls itself “The Smartest LinkedIn Sales Navigator Scraper”, and it is run by Nademode OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Everything starts from a Sales Navigator seat, and the extension’s FAQ is direct about it: “You need a Sales Navigator account to use Evaboot. It doesn’t work on Linkedin free version nor Linkedin Recruiter.” Whether the seat earns its own price is weighed on is Sales Navigator worth it.

Four products share one credit balance: the Sales Navigator export, LinkedIn URL enrichment (unique-ID and Sales Navigator URLs only, since “All the data comes from Sales Navigator”), an Email Finder that takes a name and a company, and an Email Verifier for any list. Finished files push on to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, lemlist, Instantly and Clay, or out through a webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n. Personal addresses are left out by design: “Emails are professional addresses only. Personal addresses are not collected, for GDPR reasons.” What a team may keep once LinkedIn data is on its disk is answered on is scraping LinkedIn legal. Every way of getting LinkedIn data out, tool by tool, starts at the LinkedIn scraper hub.

How an export runs

Every export runs through your own LinkedIn session: “Evaboot connects to your LinkedIn account using your LinkedIn cookies. The Evaboot Chrome extension is here to facilitate that process.” The steps, in the vendor’s order:

  1. Build the search in Sales Navigator, then click Export Leads, the button the extension adds to the page (the MCP documentation still calls it “Export with Evaboot”).
  2. Evaboot opens every profile. “Evaboot visits each LinkedIn profile and company page in your search, and takes the data from there.”
  3. Names are cleaned and leads re-checked. Emojis, stray capitals and legal suffixes come off, and each lead is compared with the search filters, because Sales Navigator returns leads that miss them, “commonly 20% to 30% of them” by Evaboot’s count. The verdict and its reason fill the first two columns.
  4. An email is looked up for every lead. “There is no option to export leads without emails.” The finder combines “LinkedIn scraping”, “Web scraping” and “Pattern research”, and tests each address against the mail server.
  5. The file is ready as CSV or XLSX, or pushed to a CRM. “A normal export finishes well under a couple of hours.”

You stay signed in while it works: “If you log out while Evaboot is working, your export will fail.” And once the extension has handed the session over, Evaboot holds it: the API’s troubleshooting page refers to “the stored session”.

Addresses come back in two grades, safe ones that passed direct server verification at a stated 97% deliverability, and riskier ones on catch-all domains at 83%. Both cost the same. How a pattern lookup and a contact card differ as routes to an address is covered on LinkedIn email scraper.

Pricing, plan by plan

Evaboot publishes three plans, Starter, Grow and Scale, the last with a selector up to 15,000 credits, and a custom Enterprise tier, all with the same features, the API and MCP included, and with unlimited seats and Sales Navigator accounts. Only the volume of credits and the price of each one change.

Monthly price Credits a month Price per credit One full 2,500-lead search
$9 100 $0.09 About two years of credits
$29 400 $0.072 About six months of credits
$49 1,000 $0.049 Two and a half months of credits
$99 3,000 $0.033 Inside one month, 500 credits left
$149 6,000 $0.025 Two in a month, 1,000 credits left
$299 15,000 $0.020 Six in a month
Enterprise Custom, “For higher volumes” Not published Not published
  • Credits roll over “for as long as your subscription is active”. After a cancel the balance stays usable for 30 days.
  • There is no one-off purchase. “Every credit comes from a plan.” For a single job the vendor suggests subscribing and cancelling straight away.
  • An upgrade restarts the month. It charges the new plan in full that day and adds its credits at once.
  • A yearly contract exists without a published price. It “cannot be cancelled or downgraded before the end of contract”, per the pricing FAQ.
  • Free trial credits exist without a published number. A help article says “The free trial credits are meant to be used once” per person and per company, and none of the pages read says how many.

The grid is also new. On 21 September 2026 the same page sold one plan on a slider from 100 to 200K+ credits, opened at 100 credits for $9 a month billed annually ($0.09 a credit), and counted the email on its own: “So a lead exported with its email costs 2 credits.” By 15 October the slider had given way to three fixed volumes from $29 a month, and the email lookup had moved inside the lead’s credit. By 27 October the grid opened at $9 for 100 credits again, and the Scale plan ran to 15,000 credits for $299, which is where the help center had already put the top of the range.

What one credit buys

What a credit covers depends on the product you run.

What you run Credits When it is charged
A lead exported from a search or list 1, email lookup included For every lead, email found or not
An account (company) exported 1 For every account, company data only
A LinkedIn URL enriched 1 For every URL, people URLs with the email lookup
An email from the Email Finder 1 Only when an email is found
An address checked by the Email Verifier 1 Per address checked
Search building, lists, saved searches, alerts, quota 0 Free over the API and the MCP server

The first row is the one buyers ask about: “A lead costs 1 credit whether or not an email is found for it, because the export work above is done for every lead.” An export is also bought whole, with the balance checked at launch and the charge set at completion, “based on the number of leads actually found”. Downloading the file again costs nothing.

So the price of a lead is fixed and the price of an email moves with the list. Evaboot’s API page puts its discovery rate at “60–80%”. At the $99 plan’s $0.033 a credit, a list where seven leads in ten come back with an address works out near $0.047 per email found. The vendor names where the rate drops: missing names, a missing company website, and industries “with a small digital footprint”, healthcare and construction among its examples.

The row itself carries profile, job and company fields, the company’s website and exact headcount among them, but “Evaboot does not export phone numbers.”

The limits Evaboot publishes

Two ceilings decide how much a team can export, and Evaboot’s pages say whose each one is. The first is its own: “Evaboot exports 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per 24 hours, per Sales Navigator account. This is our own limit, not a plan restriction, so buying more credits does not raise it.” The second is Sales Navigator’s, a search that stops at 2,500 leads: “That ceiling is LinkedIn’s own: Sales Navigator stops paginating past it.”

  • 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts a day, per seat. Evaboot’s limit. An export that would cross it waits as Scheduled and launches once the seat has capacity again.
  • 2,500 leads per search, 1,000 per account search. Sales Navigator’s own pagination, “up to 2,500 lead results on 100 pages or 1,000 account results on 40 pages” in Evaboot’s blog. On a bigger search, “Evaboot takes the first 2,500 and the remainder is never collected, no matter how long you wait.”
  • About 1,000 leads per saved lead list. Also Sales Navigator’s, in Evaboot’s words, so exporting the search behind a list reaches further than the list.
  • More volume means more seats. One Sales Navigator account gives 2,500 leads a day, two give 5,000, three give 7,500, and each search still stops at 2,500.
  • Smaller caps on the side tools. An Email Finder upload takes up to 50 MB and 2,500 rows, a profile-list export up to 2,500 profiles, a list write up to 999 leads, and the search builder 100 calls a day.

Past 2,500, the advice is to split the search by filter and never by page, since “Sales Navigator reorders results, so page-by-page batches overlap.”

The terms add a rule that reaches past Evaboot. While a subscription, a trial or a credit balance is live, “Customer shall not use services that are similar to the Evaboot Services”, and the help center asks for no other LinkedIn scraping or automation tool on the same day. The same terms leave the LinkedIn account and anything that happens to it with the customer.

The REST API

Evaboot has a public API, “a JSON REST API that lets you extract prospects from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and find or validate their professional email addresses.” Requests go to api.evaboot.com with the dashboard’s key as a bearer token. Jobs are asynchronous: a call returns a job id, and polling it “answers 202 while the job runs and 200 once it’s done”, or a webhook reports the finish. LinkedIn’s own Sales Navigator API is a different thing, a partner program covered on Sales Navigator API.

  • LinkedIn extraction. A Sales Navigator search or list URL, one profile, or a list of profiles, plus job results.
  • Recurring exports on a saved search, where each run returns only the leads added since the last one.
  • Email Finder and Email Verifier, single or in bulk.
  • Account. The quota call “returns your credit balance and remaining daily quota, so it doubles as a way to check your key works.”
  • Search Builder. “Generate Sales Navigator search URLs from natural language”, free and capped at 100 calls a day.

One endpoint in the reference is marked removed, finding emails for an existing extraction, now that every export finds them. Among the errors, 402 means too few credits, 409 means the seat was never connected or its stored cookies stopped working, and 429 means the day’s export quota or the search builder’s cap is spent.

The MCP server

Evaboot hosts an MCP server at mcp.evaboot.com/mcp, with nothing to install. Claude on the web, ChatGPT, Gemini and Manus connect through an OAuth sign-in, and Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code take the API key as a bearer header. “Both methods give access to the same tools and draw on the same credit balance.”

The tool count depends on the page you read. The MCP documentation lists 46 tools, the help center’s Claude Code setup says “You should see Evaboot connected, with 37 tools”, and the product page describes “09 categories · 22 capabilities”. The documented tools cover search building, exports and recurring exports, Sales Navigator lists, saved searches and alerts, email finding and verification, CRM pushes, and the account.

Only exports, email lookups and verifications spend credits. The list and saved-search tools are free, and they act on the seat itself, which the help center states plainly: “Some of them write, and they write to your real LinkedIn account rather than to anything inside Evaboot.” A search built from a description of an industry can also create account lists on the seat while it works. The vendor’s advice for an agent left alone with the server: “If you would rather keep the assistant read-only, say so in your instructions to it, or use a client that asks for approval before each tool call.”

Without a connected seat the LinkedIn half has nothing to spend: “If you have no connected Sales Navigator account your quota is 0.” Email finding and verification work without one.

Alternatives to Evaboot

The products below turn a Sales Navigator search, or something close to one, into rows a program can use. They split on whose seat or records the data comes from and on the unit of price. GTM API is our product and is listed first, the rest alphabetically. For per-result actors on a marketplace, Apify LinkedIn scraper goes through what each one does.

  • gtm-api.com (ours). GTM API runs Sales Navigator people and account searches on a LinkedIn account you connect, one that holds a seat, inside that account’s own cloud browser, through a REST API and an MCP server that share one contract. A search returns one live page per call, up to page 100, and its rows are identities: member id, Sales Navigator id, name and photo. Titles, companies and contact details come from a separate enrichment call, and contact details only where the member shares them with a first-degree connection of one of your accounts. There is no pattern-based email finder or verifier. An auto-scrape re-runs a search on a schedule and deduplicates people across runs. Each account’s default daily budget is 100 scraping calls and 80 profile, company and post reads. The price is per connected account, from $10/account, and the free plan is one account with no card, at 15 scraping calls and 12 enrichments a day. The free Sales Navigator scraper reads a search link, estimates the pages and days an export takes, and exports up to 2,500 leads from an account you connect.
  • Captain Data. A data API over its own records, “750M+ profiles, one protocol”, with no LinkedIn account connected. Its People Search runs “Sales Navigator-style people queries” at one request plus one credit per result, from EUR 59.99 per 1,000 credits at the base rate, with 100 free credits and an MCP server of seven data tools.
  • Edges. An API that bills data by the record, one credit per record returned and nothing for an empty result, from $43.99 per 1,000 credits at the base rate. Its Sales Navigator actions run saved searches and extract lead and account lists, with access “managed (our seats) or connected (your licence)”, and “Read-only access to that seat is free”. Its free tier is 100 credits and one identity a month for personal use.
  • PhantomBuster. Cloud automations it calls Phantoms, run on its own servers, with a Sales Navigator Search Export among them. It is priced per workspace and metered by automation slots, execution hours and credits, from $69 a month on the Start plan billed monthly, with unlimited users and an MCP server on every plan.

Evaboot’s own shape suits a team that works inside Sales Navigator and wants files with addresses in them. A product that runs the same searches from its own code, on accounts it connects, is the shape Edges and GTM API are built around. Whether to scrape at all or call an API is its own question, taken up on LinkedIn scraping vs a safe API.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Evaboot used for?

Evaboot exports LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches and lists to a CSV or XLSX file, with the names cleaned, each lead re-checked against the search filters and a verified professional email looked up for every lead. It also enriches LinkedIn URLs and finds and verifies emails. It needs your own Sales Navigator seat and does not work on a free LinkedIn account or on Recruiter.

How much does Evaboot cost?

From $9 a month for 100 credits ($0.09 a credit), then $29 for 400, $49 for 1,000, and up to $299 for 15,000 ($0.02 a credit), plus a custom Enterprise tier. Every plan has the same features, the API and MCP server included, with unlimited seats. Credits roll over while the subscription is active, and there is no one-off credit purchase.

Does Evaboot charge for leads with no email?

Yes. An exported lead costs one credit with its email lookup included, and the credit is spent whether or not an address is found, because the profile visit, cleaning and filter check run for every lead. The Email Finder used on its own works the other way round: one credit per email found and nothing when none is.

How many leads can Evaboot export per day?

Up to 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per 24 hours for each connected Sales Navigator account. Evaboot sets that limit itself, and more credits do not raise it. A single search also stops at 2,500 leads, Sales Navigator’s own ceiling, so a bigger one has to be split by filter. More daily volume means more seats: two give 5,000 leads a day, three give 7,500.

Does Evaboot have an API?

Yes, a JSON REST API at api.evaboot.com with a bearer API key. It covers Sales Navigator extraction, recurring exports, the email finder and verifier, a quota check and a natural-language search builder capped at 100 calls a day. Jobs are asynchronous, read by polling or a webhook, and spend the same credits and daily quota as the extension.

Does Evaboot have an MCP server?

Yes, hosted at mcp.evaboot.com/mcp, with an OAuth sign-in for web chat clients and an API key for Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. The documentation lists 46 tools and the help center’s setup guide says 37. Only exports, email lookups and verifications cost credits, and the list and saved-search tools write to the real Sales Navigator seat.

What are the alternatives to Evaboot?

GTM API, our own product, runs Sales Navigator searches and profile enrichment on LinkedIn accounts you connect, over a REST API and an MCP server, from $10/account, with no pattern-based email finder. Captain Data sells Sales Navigator-style people search over its own records by the credit. Edges runs Sales Navigator searches by the record, on its seats or yours. PhantomBuster offers a Sales Navigator Search Export among its cloud automations.
